1st meditation

The first meditation consists of two parts and is related to the first two stages (nigredo and albedo) of alchemical Magnum Opus, it is to be done at night when the city is asleep. The first part is a common Eastern style meditation practice, the second part is a form of Christian hora sancta where one opens up to the Lord and spends an hour in adoration of and in the presence of the Lord (Matt. 26, 38-46).

Nigredo

The dark night of the soul. An oceanic abyss. To enter one needs to relax completely. Focus on the breath to maintain mindfulness and relax the body as if it was sleeping. A feeling of spiritual nakedness is a sign of success.

Albedo

Presence of the Lord. Read (Mark 15, 33-39), say three times: “Dómine non sum dignus ut intres sub tectum meum, sed tantum dic verbo et sanábitur ánima mea.” and be still in his immortal presence.

Præparatio (Death Posture)

A cycle of phallic meditation - body exhaustion - tension diffusion - coffin dissolution

By switch between different perception modes, the Magician can have a glance of the gap in-between. This is the collapse. It is the practice akin to a ritualistic dance. The Goal of art is the glimpse of freedom in it’s most primordial form - pointing towards its formless. It is discovering the material of the (for the) Magician which is the Spirit of choice of Good and Evil. Through the Posture one attains the knowledge of the border where the collapse turns into the Fall. As such it is the beginning always embedded into the present determining his being and Their infinity.
